From our vast experience, we try to resolve any issues within an hour. Some IT Support calls do take longer and we like to keep costs down.
Our Managed IT Services prices below will give you an indication of your monthly IT Support costs should you wish to sign up to a support agreement. With the Managed IT Services model you will never spend more than you need. All your IT Support costs are included. The calculator below will allow you to budget on your approximate monthly IT Support costs.
Windows and Mac Support
With a simple pricing model you will be able to estimate monthly IT Support costs for end user devices to ensure you don’t spend more than you need too.
Cloud Solutions
Migrations to Office 365 will be quoted on individually and monthly support is included under your devices. We strongly recommend that you get in touch if two factor authentication has not been enabled on your cloud platforms. This is a vital step in preventing online fraud.Â
Server and Network Support
Server Maintenance and monitoring form a vital part of the business. We will keep your servers and Network Attached Devices up-to date and any maintenance downtime will be out of business hours.
IT Project and Consultancy work costs are additional and are based on our hourly rate.
